I was really disappointed with the room's smell—it felt old and musty, and the tiny outdoor wall completely blocked any light. Plus, we booked a non-smoking room, but it still reeked of smoke.

Fairly clean venue and accommodating employees. Particularly good location, easy walk to everywhere. Situated in an entertainment area. A wide array of decent food.

Breakfast is a highlight too, featuring a traditional Japanese style with rice, miso soup, and seaweed. Plus, having a Lawson convenience store and plenty of Okonomiyaki restaurants nearby adds to the convenience.

It's just a short walk to the tram and a stone's throw from the famous Atomic Bomb area. the rooms are small but comfortable, featuring deep baths and functional pod bathrooms. the breakfast is a satisfying mix of Japanese and Western options. the staff is friendly and accommodating, and they provide fresh towels and toiletries daily.

The lack of an in-room microwave could inconvenience some guests.

That the staff had limited English, making it difficult to communicate with them at times. , there were not many outlets near the bed which was a bit inconvenient.
